Matthew Schlagheck DC
Dr. Schlagheck is the co-clinical director of the Edgewood Spine Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center. He has extensive experience in caring for spinal related issues. These range from trauma-related cases as a result of accidents and sports injuries to scoliosis. This, accompanied with his comprehensive postdoctoral education, allows Dr. Schlagheck to treat both simple and complicated cases.
Dr. Schlagheck is credentialed through both medical and chiropractic academia through The University of New York at Buffalo Jacob’s School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in MRI interpretation, spinal biomechanical engineering, and a host of other topics related to triaging the injured. He has also been awarded the honor of being “Trauma Qualified” and is one of the only chiropractors in the Tri-State area to receive this credential.
Dr. Schlagheck is a member of the prestigious Academy of Chiropractic and National Spine Management Group that provide the latest research on diagnosing and treating spinal-related conditions. He is also currently a candidate for the “Spinal Biomechanics and Trauma” fellowship through The University of New York at Buffalo Jacob’s School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and Cleveland University at Kansas City. This allows Dr. Schlagheck to offer the latest techniques based upon research when caring for his patients while also drawing from years of practice experience.
